Right. This is why this whole thing gets into 'we know better than
you' and different repository layouts are just going to be trampled on
because not everything fits into the svn.collab.net repository layout
cookie-cutter. What works well for one repository won't make any
sense for another.

IMHO, the right solution is to allow server-side customization of the
log template. -- justin
