Re: startup guidance

If you hear of anyone please forward their email. CMMI describes in great
detail the requirements for baselines, labels, cm-librarians. They are very
touch about concurrent development which is an automated aspect of
subversion. Our cmmi vendor expects there to be one persons who checks in
or checks out code all others must rely on manual copy in the filesystem.

Thanks for your help and honestly
