Fwd: merge between repositories

Hi,

I did not get any feedback (original post: Jan, 13rd & 19th) about
this issue on the users list, and I think this is a bug.
Can you tell me whether I should log an incident about this issue ?

I just bumped into an issue with svn merge - which occurs when the
working copy is not issued from the same repository as the merge-from
source files - and I found in the archive a description of the symptom
(and a suggested fix):

but I did not find a matching bug report.

Has this bug been logged ? I did not find it when I queried the issue tracker.
I think it has not been fixed, at least in svn 1.2.3, I did not get a
chance to try 1.3.0 yet.
