This applies, more or less, to other sweeping changes we've had before
like replacing all printf calls with svnistic variants or replacing
SVN_REVNUM_T_FMT (or whatever) with "%ld". Maybe it is better to do this
once and for all. The drawbacks are mostly shortterm.
