"svn list svn+ssh:..." frozen after Ctrl-C

With svn 1.3.0 (r17949) under Mac OS X 10.4.4, after hitting Ctrl-C
during a "svn list svn+ssh:..." command, svn froze. I had to kill it
with "kill -KILL". This occurred twice, but I cannot reproduce this
problem any longer.

In both cases, ps showed that svn had a child zombie (zsh). This was
probably the $SVN_SSH command (which is a zsh wrapper).
