Well said! We've already implemented several exciting new features on
trunk for Subversion 1.4.0. We definitely already have enough features
for a new release -- let's get this one out the door soon so we can
immediately start testing the big changes like wc-replacements,
wc-propcaching, and the bdb-fixes. Ideally, svndiff1 will make it in,
but we don't necessarily have to hold up the release for it.

Here's a proposed timeline:
- Branch for 1.4 in February
- Release candidate(s) in March
- Final release in May
