Personally, I'd like it if the ordering was only necessary within a
particular subtree. If all the dates are in order for everything
under a specific directory (which holds a project), then I should be
able to use svn log with a date revision specification on that
subtree. The trick is finding a way to error out gracefully in the
situation where you're given a path that's not under such a
directory...
