Unless I missed it, there was no comment other than lundblad's IRC
review last time I sent a version of this patch to the dev list.

Personally, I generally do review patches attached to issues (at least
internally at CollabNet and for the ASF), but if you prefer I continue
to send revised versions to the dev list, I don't mind doing so.
Kinda figured that I was on my own with this one...
