There was a small mix-up during the uploading of the tarballs to
subversion.tigris.org, and so the .tar.bz2 is currently one of the signature
files, instead of the actual package. The people in charge are being
notified, and will correct this asap. In the meantime, please use
the .tar.gz, which is there and valid (just checked).
