True, I suppose. What I was thinking of was the CryptoAPI support,
but that's actually inside the simple provider, not a separate provider
(err, I think).

Only the harm to the users by having another configure option for them
to understand, but I guess that's minimal... and if there really are
people who don't like it, then fair enough.
