Thats also my view :-)

I cannot speak for others, but my impression was that
this was also the agreement after this discussion.

Ups, I didn't know that!

But nevertheless, the scenario remains valid.
(The only thing which changes is that you can use TSVN for all these steps.)
Note that this scenario is just a sample for renaming a file
in a moved folder as you mentioned above.
