Hmm. This would mean that the trick described at
http://subversion.tigris.org/hacking.html#tarball-signing would also
require --rsyncable.

( My gzip doesn't have it :-( )

This isn't a huge problem - it can be be solved simply by throwing
bandwidth at it - but if we *do* go down this route, that section of
hacking.html needs an update.
