OK, I rebuilt the DLL with the MAP file. I then did a checkout, update
and commit, each of which crashed the JVM and produced a dump file. I
have posted a zip file with the 3 dumps and the MAP file. Hopefully that
will provide more clues.

I am going to see if I can get Ubuntu setup to test this.
