tigris.org is running a slightly patched version of EZMLM. The docs should
be quite useful: http://www.ezmlm.org/

Alternately, you can use the web interface to permanently add someone's
address to the allow list. The web interface is based around Anzu
<http://anzu.tigris.org/>; you may need some additional tigris.org
permission to access those features, which can be arranged if the SMTP
interface isn't to your liking.
