You don't say what SubRCRev is or does, but from the rest of your message I'm
guessing that it helps get the current repository head revision (or some such
data that can change independently from the source files) into working copy
files. You must have read the discussion on this list in the past about how
that doesn't seem to fit into the way Subversion currently handles keywords.
If you still think it's realistic to make this a feature of Subversion, start a
mail thread about it, with a design proposal.

It's only tangentially related to this thread.
