I think Andreas is referring to the fact that the auto-props feature doesn't
allow setting both an arbitrary MIME type and svn:eol-style. Yes? I haven't
verified this, but that's the bug to fix first if it's true.

After that we can more sensibly discuss enhancements of the file-type-dependent
behaviours.
