Re: Branching for 1.3.

We can branch for 1.3 on Monday, I think. But not today, because:

   - The temporary reversion of r15287 is not trivial, it will involve
     resolving some conflicts. I can do it, I just can't do it today.

   - We're still waiting to hear about the ".svn" / "_svn" on ASP.NET
     thing. I've CC'd Brane on this mail, whose post
     http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgNo=105406
     is probably the latest relevant word on the subject.

   - The svn_fs_type() API questions need to be resolved. There are
     still a few minor issues left, they are being discussed here:
     http://subversion.tigris.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=dev&msgNo=105762
     The change itself is easy; it's the discussion that takes time.
