HOw about the remaining blame optimizations (dberlin?)? I'm talking about
the reversal of the revision fetching.
wc-propcaching is not going to be ready for 1.3.
Issue #443 (error msg from post-commit hook isn't shown) is partally
fixed, but the only thing done so far is API revving. (Madan?) I think we
need to at least complete the switch to the new APIs and deprecate. I'll
try to have a look at this.

Since I'm kind of a deadline person, I hope for a branch date this week,
