I think it's a good call, though. After all, Subversion is clearly
already aware of the repositories, via SVNParentPath. It's not as if
Subversion is being asked to determine something ill-defined, like
"show me all the project roots" or something.

Though, thinking back, I can't remember what the r16158 does if there
are non-repository directories under SVNParentPath. Now, that's an
interesting question :-).
