It isn't all that deep a change. Where a revision range really doesn't
make sense, you'd just pick either the first or the last revision in the
range. I've no opinion at this time about which choice is better, except
that it would probably be a good thing if the choice were consistent for
all commands. :)

(blame could reasonably be taught to work on a revision range, since
'svn blame -rX' already means 'svn blame -rx:HEAD', but that's a
separate issue.)
