The svn.haxx.se archives are nicer than the tigris ones.

Perhaps explain svnforum with something like "For people who prefer
interacting with a web-based forum to a mailing list, try the
unofficial site svnforum.org, which has approximately the same target
audience as the users mailing list".

PS: I don't have a svnforum.org account, and don't care to register to
report that they have a typo ("Subverison") on their front page. Could
you tell them for me, Gabor? Thanks.
