Nice catch! But we should continue to use the formal username for
recording approvals, since approvals are always by a committer, and
people often end up writing those names out by hand.

(In fact, I should have done r7579 the same way, but like I said,
"Approved by" isn't a big deal.)

"Approved by:" isn't one of the fields I was concerned with anyway.
What you see above is one of those other consistency changes I did
along the way; it's not part of the parseability goal.
