By the way, I searched the logs for "analysis" and found only 11
matches. I think that qualifies as diminishing returns :-), so let's
not worry about the "Analysis by:" field.

   Review by: <-- someone helped in a way other than writing the patch

are enough for me. Please consider that the new proposal.

Unless anyone objects, I'll fix up the old logs to use this, and
document it, so we can start doing some automated tracking. The work
will mostly happen offline for a while, so if people have various
green.bikeshed.com suggestions about the exact field names, please
post; it'll be easy to change up until I do the actual propsets.
