In r14858(kfogel), the FAQS were changed from having <a name> anchors
to using div ids, the change was not without some difficulties which
have mostly been resolved. The current page has fully functional
links, but this patch improves the consistency of the formatting, by
removing the last three <a name> anchors in the question text of the
FAQs and making sure the divs work with this removal.
The only id change for a FAQ is wedged-repos -> bdb-recovery which was
made during the initial switch, I just changed all of the links in the
file to match this change, and added an empty div to allow all third
party links to continue working. The name change is very reasonable,
since the word wedged does not appear until three questions later.
In addition to consistency, this helps with some later patches I am
working on by making it simpler to write scripts that operate on the
FAQs.
TIA
Josh
