One of those C code changes is:

  * r15088
    Make lock/unlock over ra_dav able to cache authentication data.
    Justfication: Users of locking over http:// will get very annoyed.
      +1: kfogel, sussman

It only needs one vote, and it's a big pain for some users. Hint, hint...
