rolling svn 1.2.1 on Friday, July 1

Ben Reser is back from holiday, and agreed to roll 1.2.1 for testing
on Friday sometime. That means that if all goes well, 1.2.1 will be
released sometime over the weekend.

We've had a very long time to vote and roll stuff in, so please, if
you can, finish any voting and merging ASAP. The STATUS file shows
at least two C code changes that are only one vote short, and two
perl-changes that need one more vote as well.
