Ahem! Where did you get that number? And, if that's true, why aren't 99%
of the core developers on Windows? If so many Windiws people think the
performance is such a big problem, then why don't we get flooded with
patches improving performance? There is certainly room for improvements,
and there are even some ideas how to do it in the notes directory.

The above being said, I think Windows in an important platform and TSVN is
an important user of our libs, but they are in no way *THE* important
platform/user. Some time ago, someone added a TSVN keyword in the issue
tracker, so everyone is free to pick issues that are important to TSVN.
