stealth format change in output of svn update and switch in 1.2

In 1.2rc2, I noticed that two columns were added in front of the path
names in the output of switch (and I assume update also). This broke my
admittedly fragile script. The help for svn update doesn't mention that
these new columns are used for anything.

I suggest that a warning about this change be added to the release
notes. I understand that the output of status changed too, but at least
that is documented in the command help.
