svn-1.2.0-rc2-setup.exe install/uninstall

I could be insane, but when trying to 'uninstall' this release
candidate from my win32 workstation, nothing happens...

So I start with 'Remove' from the 'Add or Remove Programs'.

Selecting 'Remove' and 'Next' twice promptly closes the dialogue and
Subversion happily sits there as a 'Currently installed program'.

When I do a 'Repair' WinXP tells me:

Warning: The source setup file cannot be found! Please select the
appropriate file or cancel the uninstall.

It appears that it is looking for 'svn-1.2.0-setup.exe' instead of the
actual file name.

Once I give it the correct file name, there appear to be no issues.

'Modify' also needs me to point to where svn-1.2.0-rc2.setup.exe is as well.

I know this is trivial, so I'm mostly wondering if this is how it has
always been done, or someone forgot to add the '-rc2' somewhere.

...
My real question is how safe will it be to just delete the Subversion
folder and install it again from there.
...

I love subversion and just felt like helping out the win32 test
process since there are so many *nix testers. The win32 workstation
is just my backup SVN installation anyways, so if I run into a
problem, my 'real' repository is safe.

~Thanks
