OK, My first try failed. I built the new db42-4.2.52-0.2 with the
--with-uniquename.

Then I tried building Subversion telling it SPECIFICALLY
--with-berkeley-db=/usr/include/db42 but it picked up the APR settings and
gave a warning:

configure: WARNING: APR-UTIL may or may not be using the specified
Berkeley DB at `/usr/include/db42'. Using the
Berkeley DB
                      supplied by APR-UTIL.

Grrr.....I hate it when computers override what I know
better....grump...grump.

I then verified the 'ldd svn' that was generated and it did give the
4.1.25 library instead of the 4.2.52 library.

Any ideas on what to try next? How to override the detected APR-UTIL
setting?
