mod_authn_svn released.

I wanna announce mod_authn_svn:
mod_authn_svn.c allows sharing the password file between Apache 2.1 and
svnserve. It reads the svnserve password files and authenticates users
against it.

Do not mix this up with mod_authz_svn.c. mod_authz_svn.c does path based
access control and not user authentication.

The current version is 0.1.0

It requires 1.2 and Apache 2.1.
