Problem is with any wrapping you're probably gonna have to go to the command
line...and it wont work for clients who actually use libsvn.

Coded a more extendable solution that will load/call bundles based on the
contents of 'svn:fsmetadata'. Avoids linking Subversion with Carbon as
well, at least until its requested.

Without breaking any NDA's...does 10.4 ship with subversion binaries?
