proposition of a new functionnality?

Hello,

I want to know if there is a version of subversion which are able to commit
changes in both trunk and branch, it's possible to do this with the merge
command but i think it's too long when you have the same change to do in the
branch and the trunk. that's why i ask you, if there is a new command which
is able to do this.
