Tigris.org is currently supported informally by engineers at collab.net;
which means problems get addressed when people can free up time, which is
getting more and more difficult. We've decided that after the next
upgrade (currently being staged) we'll be handing it off to the CollabNet
operations team, so it'll be supported as well as our standard customers
are, which should mean a big improvement.
