I too am from the UK. I've had great problems with *all* tigris.org pages,
although I'm mainly trying to look at subversion and tortoisesvn.

It's really frustrating as most of the time the site doesn't respond at all,
some of the time I get the page back after maybe 25 seconds, and then
occasionally it works and I try and look at as much as I can before it dies
again.

I wish someone would do something about it. The tigris.org isn't usually up
long enough for me to find the contact details for the people in charge.

Has anyone else had problems?
