Although it may not be clear from my previous email, it is a "feature" of
the translation not to handle all messages, but to focus on "help"
user-oriented messages.

The rationale behind the feature is that the added-value of the
translation of an obscure back-end message is low. A message which does
not help me a lot in English won't help me once approximated in French.

So from my point of view the current version is "complete", as it provides
a consistant translation of all user-oriented messages. I can fix indeed
the fuzzyness induced by recent commits, or translate new help messages,
but I do not plan to translate all error messages, esp backend stuff, at
least not in the short term.

If the "fr.po" file is put in the depository, it may help people
interested to provided the missing error messages if the find them more
useful once translated, so that the translation would look "complete"
from the "all messages are translated" point of view.

So the issue basically looks like a "chickend and egg" problem to me.
