Re: Should I continue supporting RedHat 7.3 RPMS?

Support Pros: I found a major IC company that had rolled out 7.3 and
hadn't moved on as of Q3 of 2004 (even they have started moving though
- but not finished)

Support Cons: In my development world, there were enough gnu/make
differences in some programs to make it overly complex to support
(linux 2.4.20-26 cross-development kits).

So, in the last company I worked for, we stopped supporting 7.3 almost
two years ago. It is obviously diminishing results for the effort, but
let those who depend on it speak up.
