Reversed error strings?

While translating to Spanish I found this:

In subversion/svnserve/main.c, in line 413 an APR function
"apr_sockaddr_info_get" is called. If it fails the message is: "Can't
create server socket: %s\n".

In line 428 the function called is "apr_socket_create" but the error
message is "Can't get address info: %s\n".

Aren't these messages reversed?
