Hi! Yes, I saw that. I immediately ran my status script. Maybe you have seen
them? I send mails with a subject like '[l10n] Translation status for trunk
r13738' to the dev@ list.

Now that your work is on trunk/, it will be included in 1.2 automatically.
The process for 1.2 is as follows: we branch, creating branches/1.2.x, then
we wait a few weeks for bugs to show up, then we release 1.2.0 from the
branch.

In the mean time, while 1.2.x is in its stabilization period, translators
can catch up and make the last translations available on the branch. How to
do that is described in TRANSLATING in the Subversion tree.

When the 1.2.x branch has been created, a mail will be sent to
dev@subversion.tigris.org stating so.

I hope that clarifies the process?
