Ah, good, that makes sense.
Perhaps it might be better to name your package "swig13", to make it more
obvious that it is designed to be installed as-well-as not instead-of. I
know RPM allows multiple versions of the same package name, but people
mostly don't expect that to happen, and habituate to using "rpm -U".
