REMINDER! Since it doesn't look like Max will have time to finish work on the
keyword-as-hash patch before 1.2 gets branched, most of this patch still needs
to be applied since the svn:keywords behavior was changed as part of #2219.
Only the one stanza referring to UUID shouldn't be applied. Do you want a
second submission with that text removed????
