We're using it as an issue tracker only, and I like it. Nice and clean design.
Simple but useful. Has an easy wiki language which you can use in the bug
reports. You can write your own SQL query for reports. I like it better than
phpBugTracker (which is quite nice as well). And I really like it better than
Bugzilla, which has a bad case of featuritis, IMHO, and an ugly UI.
