Now, I have a account. And I made a new branch for SWIG-Ruby
bindings.
  http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/ruby/

So we can review this bindings easily.

  % svn co http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/branches/ruby/ svn-ruby
  % cd svn-ruby
  % ./autogen.sh
  % make check-swig-rb
