Sorry, I misunderstood. MaxB has pointed out to me that it's not you,
but someone new, who needs commit access. I've revert r13007 now.

Have the new person mail


...telling us their tigris.org username, and a plaintext password
(does not need to be the same as their tigris.org password). We'll
set them up.
