svn book buglets

Sorry, I didn't have a chance to check if these have already been
fixed. All are in the reference chapter.

The --revision description in the "svn Switches" section (p.190) ends with:
  See ``Revision Keywords'' for more information.
Presumably there should be a chapter reference there too. (I've never
understood why O'Reilly books don't have page references, but anyway ...)

The Description for svn commit (p.196) ends with:
  See ... in Chapter 7.''
The spurious closing quotes should be deleted.

The Examples for svn list (p.208) ends with:
  For further details, see ``svn list.
The reference should be corrected.

The Examples for svn proplist (p.241) has a second example intended to
show the property values. The command given:
  $ svnlookup proplist /usr/local/svn/...
should thus include --verbose.
