As far as I can see the actual output matches the Unix output:

$ svnlook "diff" "repositories/svnlook_tests-3"

Property changes on: iota
___________________________________________________________________
Name: bogus_prop
   + bogus_val

Why does the testsuite expect something different on Windows?
