BTW, it looks like you're not using Subversion to generate the
diffs...and that your patch is against 1.1.1, not trunk. You can check
out the SVN trunk and make changes in that working copy. While you won't
be able to commit the changes, you'll be able to follow the trunk and
thus make applying the patch easier.
