New site for the alternative mail archives

Hi

To get an easier host name and to improve the Google searches (since this site
is exclusively for svn mail archives), you can now visit and view the
alternative Subversion mail archives here:

         http://svn.haxx.se/

This site has the same archives as the previous location. The old location
will continue to exist and work to make old URLs survive as long as possible.
(They will most likely get redirected to this new host soon.)
