About the subversion/po/*.po and TRANSLATING

Hi,

According to TRANSLATING

"The Subversion project has a policy not to put names in its files, so
please
apply the two changes described below. (See HACKING for a description of
this convention.)"

But not all subversion/po/*.po obey this rule:

de.po
es.po
ko.po
zh_CN.po

We zh_CN team will fix zh_CN.po in next commit. Other teams should be
notified with this issue.
