I think 90% translated messages are quite good. Ofcourse that depens on
the kind of messages, but if the most messages that are left are error
messages that don't appear very often, then I don't think it is a problem
to include the translation. As we've seen during the last weeks, we have
poor/confusing error messages in some places and since we don't translate
errors generated on the server side, the user will sometimes get English
responses anyway. ON the other hand, including a translation that is
nearly finished might encourage people to help out with the last bits.

That being said, I don't think we should let the translation disturb the
release process if it causes problems. Just wanted to say that I think it
can be included as-is in 1.1.1. If we are loosing the maintainer for es.po
(or any other translation for that matter), it is another thing.
